Dumplings stuffed with chicken
Dumplings stuffed with chicken mince is a good option for cooking delicious and hearty meals. The recipe for these dumplings is quite simple, and the main thing – correctly to make the stuffing. It should be juicy and tender.
Ready-made ground meat you can buy in the store, but need to see that he was quality. Or make your own. For this chicken fillet and onion mince (or chop the onion in a blender, and then add in minced meat, add salt, pepper, favorite spices and mix thoroughly.
The recipe
Ingredients: 800 grams chicken, 2 cups of warm boiled water, 8 cups of flour, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of parsley, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, ketchup or mayonnaise, sauce.
This recipe is for 8 servings.
In a large deep bowl mix water, eggs, sour cream. Add salt. Mix everything carefully. To the resulting mixture add 4 cups flour and again stir until smooth mass. Then add all 4 cups of flour, continuing to mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
The result should be completely homogeneous, soft and elastic dough, not sticky to the walls of the bowl. If still sticking, you need to add a bit more flour. The dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm dark place for 30 minutes.
Next, prepare the stuffing for dumplings.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, heat it. Then add chopped onion and fry it on medium heat until Golden brown. Add there minced garlic. Sauté for another minute, then remove pan from heat.
Now you should have a good mix minced chicken, fried garlic and onion and finely chopped parsley. Add salt, stir again.
Then begins the modeling of dumplings.
