You can call the operator, using a single short number 0890, which is valid within the network. Listen to the message from the answering machine, which contains instructions about the available sections of the helpdesk. The transition to them is carried out through a voice menu, so make sure your phone is in tone mode – press "*", then you will hear a short beep.

Navigate to the desired section by pressing the corresponding key. If you have not heard the name of a right section or just don't want to wait, you can call the operator by pressing "0" on your phone. Wait some time until contact with support staff. Please note that in the evening the line is busy for a long time, but the call will answer.

If you are a subscriber of another cellular company, or make the call from a landline phone, try to call the operator on the hot line 8-800-333-08-90. You can also use short number service, but to dial it in international format. For example, to call up the operator of MTS, for subscribers of the Moscow region, you need to dial +7 (495)-766-01-66. Regardless of the number of technical support and how you dial, the call will be free.

Use the official website of the operator to contact the support service of MTS. The relevant section is on the main page. Here you can compose and send your request by SMS or e-mail, specifying for feedback. This method of obtaining assistance requires more time, so the response from the operator will be sent within seven days.

The ability to call the operator from your mobile phone for free available only to subscribers residing in the Russian Federation and Belarus, as well as those who are subscribers of UZDUNROBITA or networks of VivaCell-MTS in the CIS countries.
