Chocolate cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. flour;
- 4 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 3 tbsp. sugar;
- 2 tbsp. of yogurt;
- 2 tsp of baking soda;
- 1/2 tsp vinegar;
- 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder;
- vegetable oil;
For the cream:
- 500 g of butter;
- 400 g of condensed milk;
For decoration:
- 40 grams of chocolate;
- 40 g of walnuts.
Remove the butter from the fridge. Break the eggs in a deep container and RUB well with a mixer or whisk with a pinch of salt and sugar until dissolved solids. Add in each Cup of yogurt a spoon of vinegar repaid soda, stir and pour in egg mixture. Enter in small portions to the flour and cocoa powder, pre-sifted through a fine sieve. Knead the dough.

Pancake chocolate cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate (1 square);
- 500 ml of milk;
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 1 tbsp. flour;
- 3 tbsp of powdered sugar;
- 50 g of butter;
- 60 ml brandy;
- a pinch of salt;
For the cream:
- 250 g of 25% strength cream;
- 250 g of condensed milk;
- 2 tbsp of sugar.
Break the tile into random pieces. Bring milk almost to a boil in a small saucepan or skillet over medium heat, melt it slices of chocolate while stirring and remove from heat.
