You will need
  • - meat lamb – 2 kg;
  • - beer (any)– 0, 5 l;
  • - greens (cilantro, dill, Basil) – 30 g;
  • - onions – 1-2 PCs.;
  • - sweet pepper - 1 PC.;
  • - carrots – 1 PC.;
  • - tomatoes – 2 PCs.;
  • - potatoes – 0.5 kg;
  • - salt – 2 tsp.;
  • - ground pepper - 1 tsp

The meat is cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs, pour 1 Cup of the beer and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the other ingredients.
Cut carrot and onion rings, tomatoes and pepper slices. Potatoes cut into 2 - 3 pieces (depending on size).

Lay in a pan or in the cauldron layers: place the meat, onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes. On top pour the remaining beer.

Put the saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. Then reduce fire, cover pot and simmer 1 to 1.5 hours.

Add the potatoes and simmer for another 30 minutes on low heat. Khashlama is ready!
In the plate put the meat and vegetables, sprinkle with chopped greens.
