Winter salads from beans



To prepare the salad with beans, carrots and sweet peppers, you will need:
- 1 kg of beans;
- 2.5 kgs of tomatoes;
- 1 kg of carrots;
- 1 kg of sweet pepper;
- 250 grams onion;
- 250 grams of vegetable oil;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of salt.

Beans need to be soaked, tomatoes – mince, pepper – cut into thin slices, onion cut into half rings and carrots grate. Vegetable oil to boil, add beans and tomatoes and boil for an hour. You then fry the onions and carrots, put in the roasted pepper, salt and sugar. Boil in a pan for fifteen minutes. The finished dish should be put in glass jars and immediately roll.
Garlic in the bean salad you need to add no more than three minutes before the end of the ready meals.


To prepare bean salad with vinegar you will need:
- 2.5 kgs of tomatoes;
- 1 kg of carrots;
- 1 kg of beans;
- 1 kg of sweet pepper;
- 0,5 kg of onion;
- 1 Cup of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of salt;
- ½ Liter of vegetable oil;
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Before cooking you need to soak the beans for twelve hours (at least). The carrots should be grated on a grater, onion cut into half rings, tomatoes – sliced, sweet pepper – julienne. All the ingredients must be put in a bowl with a wide bottom, adding salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, oil, thoroughly mix it and put the dishes on a medium heat.

After boiling the salad you need to cook for two hours, periodically stirring. Ready salad expanded in the banks and rolls.

Salad of green beans



Cooking salad of green beans need:
- 600 grams of sweet pepper and green beans;
- 1.5 kgs of tomatoes;
- 250 grams onion;
- 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
1 tbsp 30% vinegar;
- celery, dill and parsley.

Beans need to boil for five minutes in lightly salted water, cool and cut. Tomatoes need clean, cut into slices, onion and bell pepper cut into half rings. Add the vegetables to the beans, salt, sugar and a little water.
Also to this salad instead of the pepper and tomato you can add zucchini or eggplant, who will give it a unique and original taste.


Vegetables need to be put out until soft on low heat (twenty minutes), after which they added herbs and vinegar. Then ready salad expanded in sterilized jars and rolled. Canned salad of green beans for the winter ready.
