- To stew of rabbit with giblets:
- On the front of the hare with the blades and the giblets - 150 g sausage

- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

To prepare stew of beef, prepared meat, remove the bone and slice at the rate of six to eight pieces per serving. Add salt, sprinkle with flour.
