You will need

In order to prepare a mascarpone dessert, whip it with a mixer with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Separately, whip the cream, adding 2 tbsp sugar. Connect the two whipped mass and mix gently to a creamy cheese mixture is not settled. Strawberries and peaches wash in cool running water. Let excess fluid drain out.
