You will need
    • Milk 0,5 l
    • Sugar 250 g
    • A small pot
    • Spoon or wooden paddle
    • Whisk
Instruction
1
Pour the milk into a clean saucepan. Gently pour the sugar. Do it in small portions. Stir the sugar with a whisk until it dissolves. Try milk not to beat.
2
Put the saucepan on slow fire. During cooking constantly stir the mixture to avoid lumps and so that the milk is not burnt. How long to cook — experimentally, much depends on the quality of the milk from the burner. But wait until the mixture becomes thick
3
Remove the condensed milk from heat and cool. It is possible to do both at room temperature and in the refrigerator. Homemade condensed milk can be used, for example, to prepare the cream. You'll need equal parts of condensed milk and butter. They need to be mixed thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. You can add a few drops of lemon juice.
