You will need
- 80g dry rice noodles
- 200 g peeled shrimp
- small onion
- 100 g of fresh soybean sprouts
- 20 grams of peanuts
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- hot red pepper
Instruction
1
Boil in a saucepan large amount of water, boil it funchoza, fold it in a sieve and let the water drain out.
2
Rinse shrimp, dry with napkins. Onion cut into half rings, bean sprouts thoroughly under running water. If you don't have sprouts, you can do without them or replace them with sprouts of any cereal plants.
3
For further preparation you will need a wok, deep frying pan with thick walls, but you can try to cook on the pan. Chop the peanuts and fry it on dry pan until light brown. Pour the nuts into a Cup and set aside until the side.
4
In the same pan heat the vegetable oil (it is better to take sesame or soy, but that's what you will have in stock), fry it the prawns, add the soy sprouts, onion, mix well. Send ready for them funchoza, fry all together for another 2-3 minutes.
5
Season the contents of the pan with crushed garlic and sugar. In a separate bowl, prepare a dressing of fish sauce, lemon juice and hot pepper.
6
Lay funchoza on plates, sprinkling each serving to taste cooked dressing and sprinkling of roasted peanuts.
Useful advice
Fish sauce is quite specific, irreplaceable seasoning. But, in a pinch, you can take soy sauce.
