How to open a company in Kazakhstan

Even if you do not have Kazakh citizenship, you can open a firm in this country in the normal manner prescribed for registration of legal entities. However, the sole proprietorship will need at least a residence permit in Kazakhstan.

Instruction

1. Decide on the location of the legal entity, prepare the authorized capital of the LLP specify codes of types of economic activity, name of the company.

4. Open an account and Deposit Charter capital of it. Pay state fee. Pass all the documents (including the apostilles of documents of identity and lease agreement) to the territorial authority of justice. Registration will be completed within 3 days.
5. Get in justice:- the certificate on the state registration of the legal entity;- evidence of the BIN.
6. If you are going to open in Kazakhstan the IP, you will need a residence permit in that country or permanent registration. Imagine to justice INN, an extract from the house register, photo 3,5×4,5. Make a statement where, in addition to personal data and "SP, and specify the list of activities. Receive within 3 days from the date of filing the certificate of state registration.
