You will need
- - black tea;
- - coffee grounds;
- - dark chocolate;
- - tomato;
- - cottage cheese;
- - olive oil;
- - a moisturizer.

Extend tan will help black tea. Pour in a deep container 3-4 tbsp of tea and pour a liter of boiling water, add a pinch of baking soda. Capacity, close the lid and leave for 5-10 minutes. Pour the strained brew in a basin and add clean water. Rinse the resulting solution while taking a shower.

Use coffee grounds instead of body scrub. Spread it over the body and leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Chop fresh tomatoes, add 2 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil and 1 tbsp of milk. The resulting mixture was applied on the skin for 15-20 minutes.

Make a chocolate body mask. We're going to crack a tile of dark chocolate, put it in an enamel container and melt the chocolate in a water bath. Grate the skin with warm chocolate and leave it for 15-20 minutes then rinse with warm water.

Eat foods that contain vitamin a, E and beta-carotene. Make your diet more dairy products, yellow and red fruits and vegetables, liver, watermelon, olive and vegetable oil, nuts and cereals.

Refrain from eating corn, chocolate, coffee, alcohol, salty, smoked and fried. These products inhibit the production of melanin the pigment responsible for skin color.

Purchase at the pharmacy a special top coat tan. This tool contains a variety of vitamins and elements that help to prolong the tan and moisturize the skin.

Tanned skin is severely dehydrated, and therefore requires special care:- daily use moisturizing creams and gels; -do not use masks and creams, which contain bleaching elements;- avoid deep cleansing of the skin;- do not visit baths and saunas.
