Wear rubber gloves because when working with vegetables, the skin darkens. Thoroughly clean the cabbage from bright green, damaged and dirty leaves. The stalk cut off, remove. Note
In the ferment process, the surface of the cabbage should be covered with juice. Otherwise, the Kale will break down the vitamin C, it will darken and will become worse to the taste. The missing amount of juice and replace with cold boiled water.
