Ingredients:

  • 3-4 sweet pear;
  • 3 tbsp. butter;
  • 2.5 cups of milk;
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar;
  • 50 g of sour cream;
  • 15 g of white crackers;
  • 220g noodles;
  • 100 g of honey;
  • 2 tbsp sugar;
  • 1 tbsp powder;
  • salt;
  • 3 eggs.

Preparation:

  1. First we need to wash the pear. Then cut them into two halves and remove the core. Then pears cut into thin slices, but first half will need to peel.
  2. You then pour liquid honey pears and stir. If honey candied, melt it in a water bath.
  3. Then will need to boil the milk. Then add the sugar, salt, butter. To send the same noodles and boil until tender.
  4. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and combine with sugar. Mix everything carefully.
  5. To cooked noodles add the mixture of eggs and sugar. There also add butter and a small spoon of vanilla sugar. All this again mix well.
  6. You then prepare a baking dish. It must be grease and a little sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In the form put half of the mass of noodles and flatten it. On top lay a layer of pear slices. It should resemble fish scales.
  7. Put the second half of the mass of noodles and levelling.The tip should be lubricated with sour cream.
  8. Meanwhile, the oven should already be heated to 180 degrees. Put the form and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  9. The finished pudding cut into portions pieces and decorate the top with icing sugar.
