Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of any minced meat;
  • 3 young zucchini;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste;
  • 3 slices loaf;
  • 1 egg;
  • 200 ml of boiling water;
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • 1 tsp. curry;
  • garlic to taste;
  • flour;
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • Khmeli-suneli, the mixture of peppers, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Minced vegetables in a large bowl, thaw and mash with a fork.
  2. One zucchini, garlic and 3 slices of loaf mince, add to the mince and mix well.
  3. In the stuffing beat the egg and pour soy sauce. Dress it with salt, curry, hmeli-suneli the mixture of peppers. Then mix thoroughly until smooth and slightly beat.
  4. Two zucchini wash, dry with paper towel and cut into rings of medium thickness.
  5. Put the flour in a deep plate. Form grease with oil.
  6. From stuffing to form equal patties, roll them in flour and densely spread in a baking dish, shifting from every possible angle rings zucchini.
