Ingredients (for two portions):
- Clove - 5 buds;
- Sugar - 3 tbsp;
- Red wine - 1 tbsp;
- Orange - 1 piece;
- Fresh coffee - 1 tbsp;
- Cinnamon - half one stick.
Preparation:
- To begin to boil coffee. Elected by any usual method, for example, a "standard" cooking in coffee pot.
- Take a small saucepan. Pour 200 ml of wine (suitable only red variety, preferably of impeccable quality), as well as prepared coffee in the same amount.
- Add both spices.
- Carefully washed orange. Cut into slices without removing the skin.
- Send citrus to the saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Put the pot over low fire.
