Ingredients:

  • any hard cheese varieties - 300 g
  • tomatoes -500 g
  • 2 small onions,
  • carrots - 200 g
  • beef - 1 kg,
  • a couple of cloves of garlic,
  • vegetable oil,
  • the lasagna sheets 200 g,
  • 1 liter of milk,
  • butter,
  • Parmesan 50 g,
  • salt and pepper,
  • flour -100 g.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the garlic and onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Fry the prepared vegetables in butter, add minced meat, salt, pepper and simmer for about 25 minutes.
  3. While the dish is cooked, the tomatoes should be cleaned from the skin (this will help with hot water, chop them with a blender or to grate. Now add the tomatoes and simmer for another few minutes.
  4. The next stage is the cooking of the sauce "Bechamel". First you need to melt the butter, sift the flour, stir and fry the mixture. Gently add milk, mix thoroughly and heated to a state of liquid sour cream. Be sure that when heated was not formed lumps!
  5. The baking dish, cover with the lasagna sheets, spread to half of the meat sauce, a third of the sauce Bechamel and sprinkle with a mixture of two types of cheese (need to take half of the grated quantity). However, it is worth considering that different manufacturers of sheets of different open manual cooking. Sometimes the leaves need to pre-cook, but generally they are well impregnated with the sauce. Therefore, be sure to read the instructions on the package.
  6. Cover with lasagna sheets again and repeat the procedure, starting with putting some meat sauce. Lubricated with Bechamel sauce and put in oven. Optimal cooking time - 40 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
  7. After this time take out the lasagna, sprinkle with Parmesan and put another 10 minutes.
