Ingredients:
- 1 liter of fresh milk;
- 1 packet starter culture;
- 7 chicken legs;
- 1 pita bread;
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
- 1 bell pepper (small size);
- 200 ml yoghurt;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- ½ Tsp salt;
- ¼ Tsp red hot pepper;
- ¼ Tsp of black pepper;
- ¼ Tsp of nutmeg.
Preparation:
- Milk in advance remove from the refrigerator so that it acquired at room temperature.
- The dishes in which to prepare sour milk, thoroughly washed and sterilized.
- Warm milk to pour into a container, there also add the yeast to stop for 2-3 minutes (be sure to dry and clean spoon) to dissolve yeast, cover and put in 8-10 hours in the refrigerator. During this time the milk mass to ferment and become yogurt.
- Pepper cut into medium cubes, and garlic just to clean and wash. Prepared ingredients put in a blender and smash into a puree.
- Vegetable puree to put in a bowl, add yogurt, season with spices and stir until smooth.

- Chicken legs wash, want to clean off the skins, put into a form with pita bread, pour the cooked filling and place for 40-50 minutes in the oven. If in the process of roasting lower leg start to burn, then they will need to cover with foil.
