• 1 liter of fresh milk;
  • 1 packet starter culture;
  • 7 chicken legs;
  • 1 pita bread;
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • 1 bell pepper (small size);
  • 200 ml yoghurt;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • ½ Tsp salt;
  • ¼ Tsp red hot pepper;
  • ¼ Tsp of black pepper;
  • ¼ Tsp of nutmeg.


  1. Milk in advance remove from the refrigerator so that it acquired at room temperature.
