• 0.6 kg beef or ground beef;
  • 100 g of cooked rice;
  • 200 ml cream;
  • 1 onion;
  • ½ Small carrot;
  • 1 egg;
  • black pepper;
  • 1 tsp. of the mixture of the cilantro, salt and ground nutmeg;
  • 0.4 kg fresh or frozen mushrooms.


  1. Wash rice, pour into a saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender, following the directions on the package.
  2. In a large bowl combine ground beef, cooked rice and raw egg. Dress it with salt and pepper, mix until smooth.
  3. In the pan pour oil so that it covered the bottom. Good to warm it up.
  4. Hand wet in cold water. Wet hands of minced meat roll into small balls with an approximate diameter of 3-4 cm
  5. Put all the meatballs in the hot oil, fry until Golden or brown, gently roll them while frying.
  6. Meanwhile you need to cook the mushroom sauce. For this purpose the onions and carrots cleaned, chopped and rubbed on a grater. Spread in the pan and fry until soft in vegetable oil, not frying the vegetables.
  7. Wash mushrooms arbitrarily cut and put to the soft vegetables. To extinguish all together a quarter of an hour, adding a little water.
  8. After 15 minutes in the vegetable mass, add cream, mix everything, season with spices and bring to a boil. Ready mushroom sauce pour into a saucepan, beat blender into the cream again and pour into the pan.
  9. There lay the fried meatballs and then about 5 minutes over low heat.
  10. Ready meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce serve hot and with your favourite side dish. Also, this dish perfectly combines fresh vegetables in the form of slicing or salad.
