Ingredients:
- 30 g of beans;
- 3 medium potatoes;
- 1 egg;
- ½ Bell pepper (can be frozen);
- 40 g of smoked sausage or meat;
- 20 g of butter;
- 40 g hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp sour cream or cream;
- • 1 clove of garlic;
- • ½ Tsp sweet paprika;
- • yogurt or sour cream for serving the dishes;

- • sunflower oil.
Preparation:
- Beans wash, cover with water and soak for one night. In the morning thoroughly rinse, fill with clean water, boil until tender and drain in a colander.
