• 300 g chicken fillet

  • Wine vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil – 3 tsp
  • Sugar – 0.5 tsp.
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Olives – 150 g
  • Salt
  • Spices


  1. Thoroughly wash chicken. Type in a pot of water and bring to a boil. In boiling water omit the chicken. Fillet boil in salted water until tender for 20-25 minutes. Cool the cooked meat.
