Cream the marshmallow and cream

You will need:

- 500 grams of pink marshmallow;

- 200 grams of fat sour cream;

- 100 grams of butter.

Marshmallow slice, put it in the microwave and heat at maximum power for two to three minutes (during which time the marshmallows will melt). Chop the butter and let it stand at room temperature for at least an hour. Marshmallow mix with sour cream and start whisking the mass with a mixer on slow speed. After a minute of whisking the speed of the mixer, increase to medium and add the weight slowly crushed the oil, still whisking. Once the mixture is smooth, turn off mixer, and the cream put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The cream is ready, now they can decorate a cake.

Cream of marshmallow and chocolate

You will need:

- 500 grams of marshmallows;

- bar of milk chocolate (without additives raisins, nuts, etc.);

- 200 grams of butter.

Melt the marshmallows in the microwave, pre-cut it into small pieces. Butter grate (to better rubbed, it should pre-freeze). Chocolate melt in a water bath. Butter connect with melted chocolate and quickly whisk the mass with a mixer at maximum speed. As soon as the mass becomes quite thick, add marshmallow and whip again. Place the cream in the fridge for an hour, and then they can decorate the dessert.
