  • - two bananas;
  • - 1/2 Cup oat flakes of fast preparation;
  • - 1/2 Cup regular rolled oats;
  • - a handful of cranberries;
  • - a handful of bright raisins.

Supplies all the necessary ingredients for biscuits. Make sure the bananas are ripe and are not discolorations on the skin. Cereal sort and remove debris and poor quality seeds, if any. Rinse the cranberries, the raisins, the same of boiling water, let stand five minutes to seven, and then rinse in cold water.

Bananas peel them, cut them into pieces and place in a deep bowl. Take a fork and thoroughly mash bananas to a smooth consistency (it should be noted that to prepare this food, you must use only ripe sweet bananas).

Add bananas to the oatmeal and mix (it is advisable to add the usual cereal, mix and let stand for two minutes, then add cereal).

The basis for the cookies are ready, now it is necessary to add additional ingredients, namely raisins and cranberries. Place the berries and dried fruit in the "dough" and stir gently to not crush the cranberries.

Prepare a baking sheet, cover it well with an oiled parchment. Soak hands in clean warm water, pick up a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, place on a baking sheet and lightly press down with your palm. Similarly, from the rest of the dough make rounded cookies (if desired, the dough can be spread in the form of ordinary tablespoon).

Preheat oven to temperature of 180 degrees, place a pan of biscuits and leave for 10-12 minutes. Over time, put cookies on a plate and serve hot.
