Salad with garlic and fresh potato

You will need:

- wild garlic - 100 g;

- fresh potatoes - 1 kg;

- fresh peas - 200 g;

green onions - 1 bunch;

- olive oil - 4 tbsp;

- sesame seeds - 2 tsp;

- salt and lemon juice - to taste.

Real decoration of this salad may be young potatoes, which taste perfectly combined with green peas, and leaves of the wild leek.

Potatoes wash and clean and then pour boiling water in a saucepan and cook until tender for 15-20 minutes, then drain the water out of the pan and slightly dry the potatoes. Then put it in a large salad bowl and divide into large pieces.

Meanwhile, blanch the fresh peas for 3 minutes and then pour in a salad bowl. You can also use frozen green peas.

The green onion leaves and garlic rinse well, then dry on a paper towel. Chop the onion, the garlic can be neatly torn by hand.

Add the greens in a salad bowl to peas and potatoes, then season the lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste. This salad well, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix all the ingredients, then serve.
