You will need
  • - 15 g of gelatin;
  • 200 g strawberries;
  • - 150 g of powdered sugar;
  • - half lemon.
If for the preparation of Turkish delight you're using fresh strawberries, pre-blend it in a blender until smooth. When using frozen strawberries defrost a bit, wait until you stand out juice, and then grind.
Add the gelatine to the strawberry mixture and leave to swell. Then put the same icing sugar, but not all – leave a little for obvalivanie ready-made sweets. From a half of lemon squeeze the juice, pour, then heat entire mixture on low heat. You need to cook until then, until complete dissolution of gelatin. Not to bring the mixture to a boil!
When the mixture reaches a smooth consistency, remove from heat and let cool. Beat with a mixer for five minutes. The mixture should be slightly lighter, it becomes thicker.
Select the form in which Rakhat-lukum, it will be convenient to set. In the form put the wax paper on top pour strawberry gelatin mass. All flatten and put to harden in a cool place for several hours.
After 5-6 hours frozen Turkish delight remove from the mold. Slice it into cubes and roll in powdered sugar. Strawberry Turkish delight is ready. You can serve it with tea or just water.
