Savory snacks in lettuce



To prepare a spicy snack of cheese, will need the following ingredients:
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 20 g dill;
- 1-2 tbsp of mayonnaise;
- lettuce;

For preparing hot snacks for this recipe you will need:
- 400 g of thin Armenian lavash;
- 500 g of tomatoes;
- 600 g of cheese;
- 100 g fresh herbs;
- 70 ml of vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;

Thin sheets of Armenian lavash cut into 8-12 servings. Tomatoes wash and dry, and then together with the cheese cut into thin slices.

Each portion of the pita (closer to one of the edges) put the filling, first the cheese slices, then tomatoes. All salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped greens, lay on top of another layer of cheese. Wrap the stuffing in pita bread and fry the resulting "cake" with both sides in oiled pan. Starter "A Tale"



To make this delicious snack, you have to take:
- 600 g frozen fillet red fish (salmon, trout);
- 200 g peeled shrimp;
20 g red caviar;
- ½ Cucumber;
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce;
- vegetable oil;
- greens;
ground pepper;
Sol.

Fillet of red fish cut into cubes and fry in a pan in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Then add cleaned prawns, salt, pepper and fry along with the fish for 3 minutes. At the end put the chopped greens and pour in the soy sauce.

Put the finished fish and shrimp in a bowl, tamp it tightly and refrigerate. Then carefully turn the bowl upside down on a dish. Garnish the prepared snack "Tale" red caviar and thin slices of fresh cucumber.
