You will need

  • 2 catfish steaks (about 400g);
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - salt and pepper;
  • - 0,5 of lemon;
  • - vegetable oil.
  • Catfish in sauce:
  • - 400 g fillet of catfish;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - parsley and dill;
  • - 6 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 0,5 of lemon;
  • - butter;
  • - breadcrumbs;
  • - salt and pepper.
Preparing catfish, consider some of the features of this fish. Its soft texture does not tolerate too long cooking. Place the fish in a pre-heated oven and bake no longer than 20 minutes. If you cook catfish with potatoes or other vegetables, pre-boil them until soft or roast in order to speed up the cooking process.
The catfish is quite bold, therefore, of the food it does not add a large amount of oil or heavy sauces. But the tender and slightly bland taste is well interspersed with herbs and lemon juice. In addition, the lemon will help the catfish meat to be more dense. As a garnish for fish feed vegetable puree, French fries or green salad.
Catfish with breadcrumbs

Fish wash, dry and cut into pieces. Salt and pepper catfish, pour it with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes. Slice onions into thin half-rings. Half of the onion, put in shape, oiled. On top place the fish pieces and cover them with the remaining onions. Pour the dish with sour cream and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Steak catfish with vegetables

Catfish steaks wash, dry paper towel and place in a heat resisting form, lightly oiled. Sprinkle the fish with fresh lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes. Thinly slice onion, carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Sauté vegetables in hot oil until Golden brown.

Put the fried vegetables on the fish, close the form with a lid and place in oven preheated to 200oC. Catfish bake for 20-25 minutes, then let the fish cool slightly and gently place on serving plates, lightly sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper. Next, place a side dish, garnish the fish with slices of lemon and serve.
Catfish in sauce

Catfish fillet sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes. Tomatoes cut into circles, onions chop. Refractory form of grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
