You will need
- Based on 6 servings:
- 1 kg cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ Cup flour;
- a couple of sprigs of dill;
- a couple sprigs of parsley;
- sunflower oil;
- seasoning to taste.
First prepare the cabbage by disassembling it into florets, boil in salted water (about 6 minutes). Ready cabbage to drain in a colander, then cooled cut into small pieces.
Place the prepared cabbage in a bowl, then add the eggs and flour. Mix well.
Wash and dry the greens, then chop and place to the cabbage and egg mixture. Greens will give future cakes a special piquancy. For anybody not a secret, how useful parsley and dill, especially if they are grown with their own hands
Preheat the frying pan, while nakapag there 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. Take a spoonful of the prepared mass and put into the pan. The process is similar to cooking, say, cheese or pancakes. The preparation of each cake is 8 minutes (4 minutes each side). If necessary, feel free to add in the pan with more butter.
The dish is ready. Just before serving you can decorate with greens.
These patties can be eaten alone or in combination, for example, with potatoes, rice or buckwheat.
