You will need
  • - 100 ml of olive oil;
  • - fresh Basil to taste;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • flakes of red hot pepper to taste;
  • - 25 medium tomatoes.
Vegetables wash and dry. Each tomato should be cut into 4 pieces.
The pan pour 50 ml of olive oil, spread it over the entire surface by using a silicone cooking brush. Lay on the prepared baking tray, the tomatoes, skin down on top and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Next, the tomatoes need salt and pepper to taste, add a few flakes of red hot pepper (optional: if you like spicy!) and peeled garlic cloves. Put the tomatoes in the oven pre-heated to a minimum (70-100 degrees) for 10 hours.
To prepare 2 liter jars (even better to pre-sterilize them). On the bottom pour a little oil, then spread a little roasted tomatoes (at this stage, if desired, you can remove their skins), cover with a couple of Basil leaves and add a couple of cloves of garlic. Again place the tomatoes and continue to alternate layers until the container is full.
On top of the snack should fill with spicy fragrant oil from the pan, which valilis vegetables. Carefully close the jar with a clean lid and store snacks in a cool place.
