Recipe of Turkey meatballs with vegetables

To make delicious and tender chicken, vegetables and turkeys, you will need:
- 500 g fillet of Turkey;
- 1 onion;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 egg;
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;

First of all, cook the ground Turkey meat. For this Turkey fillet wash, dry with a cloth or towel, cut into small pieces and mince. To mince was more lush, it can be grind in a blender.

Onions, carrots and zucchini clean (if for cooking cutlets use young zucchini with a thin delicate skin, they are not necessary to clean). Onions finely cut, carrots and zucchini grate on a coarse grater. Peeled cloves of garlic chopped.

For cooking delicious and healthy cutlets for this recipe it is necessary to take the following ingredients:
- 300 g of ground Turkey meat;
- 200 g white cabbage;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 tbsp semolina;
- vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper.

Carrots wash and clean the cabbage to remove the top privatsea and blackened leaves. Thread the prepared vegetables through a meat grinder with ground Turkey meat. Add semolina, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly, slightly beating the ground so that the meat was smooth and lush. Form burgers.

To prepare this original nutritious dish, you need:
- 1 kg Turkey fillet;
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 bulbs;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- dill;
- 1 egg;
- wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;

Turkey fillet wash, dry paper towel and dry. Then fillet cut into small pieces and mince together with the peeled cloves of garlic and 1 purified crude potato. Onions clear and finely chop with a knife. Then connect with mince prepared from the fillets. Add chopped greens of dill, pepper, salt, beat egg, stir well and form patties.

The remaining 3 potatoes wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Soak a few minutes, squeeze hands excess fluid and drain it.

Formed patties, roll in wheat flour, and then bread in grated potatoes. Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and fry the Turkey meatballs in potato "coat" before formation of a ruddy crust.
