You will need
  • - condensed milk - 380 g;
  • - coconut - 250 g;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - almonds - 30 PCs.;
  • vanillin - a pinch.
The shavings of coconut pour into individual pretty deep bowl. Don't forget to leave a small part of the coconut for topping future candy.
Butter, pre-melt by means of a water bath, add to coconut, along with vanilla. Mix everything properly.
To the formed mixture, add the condensed milk. Just before you do, let the milk come to room temperature. Mix everything properly. In the end, you should get a fairly thick mixture. Cover it with polythene or cling film and place in a cooler for no less than 7 hours. It is most convenient to leave the mixture overnight.
If you bought raw almonds, then clean it. For that, pour the fruit with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. After a time remove them from the water. After this procedure, the skin comes off quite easily.
Next, lay out the almonds on a clean dry pan and put on the stove for about 3 minutes. Thus, it dries.
From chilled coconut mixture, take a small piece and form a pellet. Then put in the center of dried almonds. Carefully wrap it. In the end, you should get a fairly smooth coconut ball. Similarly make the rest of the candy "Rafaello". Them you should have 30 pieces.
Received the bulbs carefully before left cover in coconut flakes, then place them in a cooler for about 2-3 hours. Homemade candy "Raffaello" is ready!
