Recipe cupcakes with boiled condensed milk

Molds should be filled ¾ full. If desired, top cupcakes can be decorated with chopped kernels. Preheat oven to 200oC and place in the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes. When they're browned, remove the cakes from the oven, cool and then remove from the molds.

Recipe cupcakes with cherries and condensed milk

For making air muffins with cherries and condensed milk you will need:
- 200 g of butter;
- 200 g of sour cream;
- 200 g of sugar;
350 g of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder for the test;
- 4 eggs;
- ½ Cans of condensed milk;
- 800 g pitted cherries;
- powdered sugar.

Carefully beat with a mixer softened butter with sugar until fur smooth. Add one egg after each whisking on high speed of mixer until complete mixing. Then, reduce speed, put the sour cream and boiled condensed milk. Sift the flour with vanilla and baking powder and add to butter-egg mixture. Knead the dough the consistency of thick cream and put it in a bowl. Cherries wash thoroughly under running water, dry and remove the bones. Add the thus-prepared berries to the batter and mix well all the ingredients. Grease one large or several small muffins cups with oil and pour them in the prepared batter, filling each about 2/3 full. Smooth. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C and bake the muffins for 30-40 minutes. They should rise and brown. Then cool cakes, remove from the forms onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
