You will need

  • For the filling:
  • - minced meat-400 g;
  • - garlic 1 clove;
  • - tomato paste 1 tbsp;
  • - sour cream 2 tbsp. spoon;

  • - tomato 1 piece.
  • - onions 1 PC.;
  • Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.;
  • - cherry tomatoes 8 PCs;
  • - chicken egg 1 PC.;
  • cream 200 ml;

  • - ground black pepper;
  • - cheese 150 g

Mix the butter into the flour by hand, until a homogeneous mass. Add the egg, spices and water.
The dough mix and place in a glass bowl. Leave in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle flour.
