Women who had to endure surgery to remove the fallopian tubes, often giving up on your future motherhood, as the natural fertilization is not possible. The fallopian tubes play a direct role in the fertilization process: it is through the pipe the ripened egg travels toward the uterus, and then, uniting with a spermatozoon attached to the uterine wall and begins to divide, forming an embryo. If fallopian tubes removed, ovaries have no connection with the uterus and the onset of the long-awaited pregnancy the woman should go ECO – friendly special procedure of artificial insemination.

In order to get in the queue for a free in vitro fertilization, the woman should contact the clinic for full examination, the results of which will be confirmed and documented diagnosis. The direction of the ECO and the conclusion about necessity of the procedure due to the absence of the fallopian tubes is given in the antenatal clinic. A married couple applying for artificial insemination should receive the official medical report on infertile couple.

The woman who wants to get a quote on ECO, you should collect a package of documents, which includes the medical history with written confirmation of total tubal infertility. If you deleted only one fallopian tube, the probability of pregnancy by natural means cannot be ruled out. In this case, the quota procedure the expectant mother does not get it. For obtaining quotes, you must provide a marriage certificate, valid insurance, proof of a social security number. Patient age should not exceed 28 years. The quota is given to only one procedure: if IVF was unsuccessful, the woman will have to gather documents and get in the queue for a retry fertilization.

The majority of women who undergo IVF successfully carry and give birth to healthy and full-term infants, despite the absence of the fallopian tubes.
