You will need
- Zucchini – 3 kg;
- Carrots – 0,5 kg;
- Onion - 0,5 kg;
- Salt (fine) – 2 tbsp. l;
- Sugar – 1 glass;
- Vinegar (9%) – 150 ml;
- Seasoning for carrots in Korean – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 1 Cup.
Zucchini wash, clean from the skin and, if necessary, remove the seeds. Grate zucchini on a grater for carrots in Korean. The same operations repeat with the carrots.
Onions clean from the husk, wash and cut into thin half-rings.
All the ingredients of the salad combine in the enameled basin or in a large enameled pot. Add sugar, seasoning for carrots in Korean, season with salt and pour in the vegetables, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Arrange salad in a prepared banks (it is best to take cans of 0.5 liters) and pour the vegetables with the remaining marinade. Sterilize about 15 minutes, then roll sterilized lids. Turn and wrap the jar.
