You will need
  • - 2 eggs
  • - a Cup of sugar
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • - 450 grams of wheat flour
  • For the cream will need:
  • - 1 tbsp flour
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 350 g sugar
  • - 1 tbsp starch
  • - a glass of water
  • - 150 g of butter
  • vanillin (pinch)
Break two eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Whip them in a blender. In advance remove from the refrigerator butter, so it melted. Add it to the eggs along with quicklime soda. Whisk again until smooth.
Put a pot of water on the fire, on top place the bowl with the dough and thereby create a water bath. Stir constantly until the dough is heated, it will darken. This process will take about 20 minutes.
Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool slightly, then add the flour gradually. First, be sure to sift it through a sieve. Try not to overdo it with the flour, the dough should remain slightly sticky.
Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough on it. It should be soft and elastic. Divide the dough into 7 pieces. Roll out each of them. Cut a smooth circle and pierce it with a fork in several places. Put the cakes in to bake each for 4 minutes.
Residues, obtained by alignment of cakes, we bake, then grate them. Turn the crumbs for decoration.
Mix in a saucepan the sugar, flour and starch. Whisk and add a Cup of boiling water and put on a slow fire, as soon as the mass began to rise and bubble, remove the pan from the heat.
Let the cream cool and then add butter. Mix thoroughly. Assemble cake, spreading each cake with cream, sprinkle crumbs on top. Give the cake to infuse best all night.
