Recipe for chocolate truffles at home

For making chocolate truffles at home it is necessary to take the following components:
- 1 pack (250 g) cocoa;
- 1 pack (250 g) of powdered milk;
- 500 g of sugar;
- 100 ml of water;
- 150 g of butter;

Set aside one and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder to obvalivanie ready truffles, and the rest of the cocoa mix with dry milk. Watch to avoid lumps. Then add the soft butter, which you first need to take out of the fridge, and RUB well with a powder mixture, put the vanilla. You can also add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, which combined with the cocoa and vanilla will give the truffles a nice flavor. If there are any nuts, with a glass, they can also be put in weight, pre-purified from the shell and chopped.

In an enamel saucepan pour the sugar and pour it with water. Put on medium heat and warm until the sugar is dissolved, but to boil not to bring. The resulting syrup pour in the cocoa mixture with milk and oil and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass. After it cooled, it becomes viscous, soft, like a dough, from which you can shape the cookies in any shape.

In unprocessed cocoa powder, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and stir, set a box of chocolates, collect a teaspoon of chocolate (try to keep all the truffles turned out the same), hands roll balls the size of a large walnut, roll them in cocoa and put it in the box.

Chocolate truffles cookie

To make chocolate truffles from cookies you need:
- 400 g of biscuits;
- 250 g of butter;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp liqueur (brandy or vodka);

Melt on low heat butter. Place the sugar, a little to interfere, let the mixture cool. Mince cookies, add it to the butter mixture, beat 2 eggs, pour in the liqueur or brandy, stir in cocoa powder and vanilla and give everything a good stir. If you are a hazelnut, clear it, and then calcined in the oven until Golden brown (the kernels must remain whole).

Set a box of chocolates and picking up a teaspoon of prepared chocolate mass, roll with hands into balls about the size of a walnut. Put inside a hazelnut, but you can do without it.
