You will need
    • 1 kg meat (beef
    • lamb
    • pork);
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 3 onions;
    • 2 carrots;
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • 300 g fresh or frozen mushrooms;
    • 250 g of sour cream;
    • salt and pepper to taste;
    • seasoning for meat;
    • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • fresh herbs;
    • Bay leaf.

Rinse the meat under running water and dry with paper towel. Cut into small pieces. Put the pan on the fire. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. In hot oil carefully put the pieces of meat and add seasonings. Fry the meat on high heat until crisp. Then set aside the pan aside.

Rinse the potatoes in water and peel. Cut the potatoes in big pieces. Place in a small bowl and mix with salt. Clean the onions from the husk and cut into rings. Carrots, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces, then each piece cut into slices no more than 2 centimeter in length. Garlic clear from the husk and finely chop with a knife. Chop washed under running water fresh herbs.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin strips. If you use frozen mushrooms, pre-boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put on the fire a frying pan and pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Put the sliced mushrooms and fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

Prepare the pots. At the bottom of each pot first, put the fried meat, then onion rings, sliced carrots. Lightly add salt. Then put sliced potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. Into each pot add 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Then put the chopped greens, garlic, add one Bay leaf and black pepper. Pour all the ingredients with boiling hot water so that it covers all products.

Close the pot lid and put in preheated oven on the grill. Cook the dish at a temperature of 170 degrees for 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the pot for another 15 minutes. Serve hot right in the pot. Bon appetit.
