You will need
  • - Fig round - 70-80 g
  • - Milk - 600 ml
  • - Fat cream - 150 ml
  • - Vanilla - 1/2 stick.
  • - Egg white - 1 PC.
  • - Fine sugar - 1 tsp.
  • For sauce to the rice dessert:
  • - Black currant - 100 g
  • - Plum - 100 g
  • - Icing sugar - to taste.

It is good to wash the rice. In a pan pour milk and add in washed rice with a stick of vanilla.

Bring contents of saucepan to a boil. After reduce the heat and cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 35 minutes.

Remove the vanilla pod, transfer the cooked rice in the dish. Add sugar. Mix well and cool.

Prepare the sauce for the rice dessert. In a saucepan put the plums and currants. Pour 4 tbsp of logcheck water, put the saucepan on a low heat and simmer until fruits are soft.

Wipe the received weight through a sieve. The resulting puree, pour back into the pan and cook until the sauce becomes thick. Add frosting, mix well and leave to cool in the fridge.

Separately from each other whip cream and protein in a dense mass. Stir gently with rice. Spread out the rice on the little saucers. Put the sauce and serve.
