You will need
  • Biscuit:

  • 50 ml. of liquid skimmed milk

  • For the souffles:
  • 150 grams low-fat cottage cheese (not grainy)
  • 125 grams low-fat yogurt (with fruit pieces)
  • 10 grams of gelatin (not instant)

Combine all the ingredients for a biscuit.
