Milk sauce for pork



Take one onion a medium onion and cut it into half rings. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add to the onion 3 tbsp flour and fry until Golden. To this mixture, gradually pour 300 ml of milk, stirring gently to avoid lumps. Bring the sauce to a boil.

If desired, the sauce can be seasoned with black pepper and grated on a fine grater garlic. Instead of milk you can use cream, but in this case the cream should take less.

Cheese sauce for pork



Preheat a frying pan 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil. In it saute 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and some crushed pepper. Pour 100 ml of chicken stock and 100ml cream. Wait until the boiling of the sauce and add grated cheese. It is best to use cheeses. Stir the sauce until the cheese is dissolved. Add to the sauce 1 tablespoon of mustard powder and a pinch of salt, stir.

Cheese sauce goes well with boiled and roasted pork, and grilled pork steaks.

Cranberry sauce for pork



Mix 200 grams of sugar, 350 grams fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 Cup water and 3 tbsp of orange juice. Put the mixture on low heat, cover and leave to slowly simmer for 20-25 minutes. When the berries burst, stir the sauce to become homogeneous. Try the sauce. If it is too acidic, sweeten the sauce with sugar, if too sweet — pour 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice. After you get the desired taste simmer the sauce on low heat for another 5 minutes. The cranberry sauce you can also add 1 tablespoon of brandy and black pepper.

Cranberry sauce goes best with a dish of fatty pork.

The sauce for the pork



Fry in small amount of vegetable oil cut into small cubes onion and grated grated 2-3 garlic cloves. Add salt to taste, ground black pepper and paprika. In a separate container, mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons prepared mustard 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 tbsp of honey. Add the mixture to the fried onion and garlic, stir and simmer sauce on low heat until thick.
