Useful properties of avocado



The flesh of the avocado contains incredibly useful vitamin F, which not only enhances immunity, but also favorably affects the condition of the heart and blood vessels. Part of it oleic acid helps to lower cholesterol levels in the blood, helps cleanse the blood vessels from the so-called plaques and strengthening their walls.
Daily consumption of half of avocado in a month leads to normal cholesterol level in the blood.


Its nutritive value avocados ahead of even meat. It contains many well digested and healthy fats, enough protein, carbohydrates and vitamin E, needed for healthy hair and skin. This fruit is rich also in magnesium and calcium.

Nice texture obtained by the combination of avocado with seafood. Fish with this fruit is best suited salted salmon or salmon. Avocado harmonizes also with shrimp, squid and mussels.

Salad with avocado, chicken and vegetables



To prepare this easy and at the same time nutritious dish you will need:
- 1 chicken;
- 2 leaves of lettuce;
- 5 cherry tomatoes;
- 5 olives;
- ½ Soft avocado;
2 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Chicken breast boil in salted water, cool and cut into cubes. Clean and dry the lettuce, tear with your hands and place on a plate. Put pieces of chicken fillet, cut in half the cherry tomatoes and olives, as well as the flesh of the avocado, which remove the fruit with a teaspoon. Salt and pepper the salad, sprinkle with lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil. Serve, not stirred.
