You will need
  • For the salad:
  • - carpaccio (chicken or Turkey) - 150 gr.;
  • - tomatoes - 200 gr.;
  • - green salad - 200 gr.
  • - quail eggs - 12 PCs
  • For the filling:
  • - vegetable oil - 150 ml.;
  • - lime (or half lemon);
  • - marjoram (dry);
  • - Basil (dry);
  • - salt/pepper.

Carpaccio cut into thin plates.

Cut cherry tomatoes and quail eggs into two parts.

Make the filling: mix the butter, herbs, lime juice.

Mix all the ingredients - lettuce, cherry tomatoes and carpaccio.
Add dressing.

Spread the salad on a plate, top put half of the eggs.
