You will need
- For the salad:
- - carpaccio (chicken or Turkey) - 150 gr.;
- - tomatoes - 200 gr.;
- - green salad - 200 gr.
- - quail eggs - 12 PCs
- For the filling:
- - vegetable oil - 150 ml.;
- - lime (or half lemon);
- - marjoram (dry);
- - Basil (dry);
- - salt/pepper.
Carpaccio cut into thin plates.
Cut cherry tomatoes and quail eggs into two parts.
Make the filling: mix the butter, herbs, lime juice.
Mix all the ingredients - lettuce, cherry tomatoes and carpaccio.
Spread the salad on a plate, top put half of the eggs.
Instead of carpaccio, you can use any raw delicacies.
