Shortbread-a moment in a hurry
- 2,5 tbsp. flour;
- 200 g of butter;
- 2 chicken egg yolk;
- 5 tbsp of powdered sugar.
In an effort to expedite the process, do not fire the butter in the microwave, otherwise the dough will be very oily. It is undesirable to replace the powdered sugar sand, it will not dissolve and will be unpleasant squeak on the teeth.Soften the butter at room temperature. Quickly mix it with the flour in a blender or a blender until crumbs. Pour this mixture into the egg yolks, stir in the powdered sugar and carefully knead all until smooth. - 1 tbsp. oatmeal;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 100 g margarine or butter;
- 3 tbsp of sugar;
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar;
- 40 g nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds);
- 1,5 tbsp breadcrumbs;
- 30 g of dried apricots.
Take margarine or butter half an hour before cooking. Dry oatmeal in a dry frying pan, setting the minimum temperature. Constantly stir it to avoid burning. Cool cereal, pour in a plastic bag and go over it with a rolling pin to turn the contents into the flour. Mash walnuts to a state of fine crumbs.
