Hungarian salad with cilantro

- 100 g coriander;
- 400 g of canned white beans (400 g);
- 200 g feta cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 red pepper;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 small head of garlic;
- 1 tbsp grape or Apple cider vinegar;
- 1/3 Cup olive or vegetable oil;
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper;

Instead of canned beans, you can use boiled. Soak it in the evening in cold water, and in the morning simmer for 1-1. 5 hours until tender.
Drain beans in a colander, drain the liquid and pour beans into a deep bowl. Clean the onion, cut it in thin rings, sprinkle with vinegar and a little remember hand. Cut out the stalk and seeds from pepper and slice it into strips. Wash the cilantro (coriander), dry it on a paper towel and finely chop. Crush the garlic in a special press. Georgian soup with cilantro

- 1 large chicken;
- 1,5 l of water;
- 1 potato;
- 0.5 carrots;
- 1 small onion;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- a pinch of hot red pepper;
- 20 g of butter.

Fill the legs with water in a medium saucepan and place on high heat. Bring the liquid to a boil and simmer the chicken for 40-45 minutes at a medium temperature, from time to time removing the fat with a slotted spoon formed foam. Peel and chop the vegetables: carrots and onions – diced potatoes – straws. Run them in a broth previously brought out the meat for 20 minutes.

Mash or grate the garlic, slice the cilantro and throw it in the soup. Pepper it, salt to taste and remove from heat. Eat flavorful dish, spilling it into the saucer, and putting in each a piece of butter.

Thai chicken fritters with cilantro

- 600 g chicken fillet;
- 80-100 g of fresh coriander;
40 g of mint;
1 stalk young garlic;
- 1 small chili pepper;
- 2 tbsp soy sauce;
- 2 tsp of sesame oil;
- 1/3 tsp salt;
- vegetable oil.

The stalk of the garlic you can substitute 3 slices instead of fresh chili pepper take dried.
Turn chicken fillet in a meat grinder. Very finely chop the stalk of garlic, coriander leaves and mint and chili pepper, freed from seeds. Combine all ingredients of stuffing in a bowl, mix with soy sauce and sesame oil, season with salt and thoroughly stirred, preferably with your hands.
