You will need
    • zucchini (medium size);
    • 2 - 3 tomatoes;
    • 70 -100 grams of cheese durum;
    • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
    • 3-4 garlic cloves,
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt (to taste).
Wash the zucchini, peel them from the skin and cut into slices 5 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet with any vegetable oil. Then gently lay it on prepared pieces of zucchini. Place them at some distance from each other. Season with a little salt.
Prepare the filling for this dish. This requires 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped with a knife or RUB through chesnokodavilku, separately grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Then mix well the prepared cheese and garlic mayonnaise.
Put the mixture on each slice of zucchini with a small spoon.
Cut the washed tomatoes rings 5 mm thick. Lay them on top of cheese and garlic mass. Season with a little salt each slice of tomato.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place in the pan with the zucchini and bake the dish for 25-35 minutes.
