You will need
    • 1 Cup semolina;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 2/3 Cup sugar;
    • 500 ml of kefir;
    • 1 sachet of vanillin;
    • butter and flour for greasing the form.

Pour the yogurt in a deep bowl. Add the semolina and mix thoroughly. Leave the mixture for 40 minutes. Semolina should have a good swell.

Break into the Cup eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then whip the chilled whites with a mixer in the foam.

Add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Whisk the mass with a mixer.

Add swollen semolina with yogurt whipped the yolks with the sugar and mix thoroughly. Then carefully spoon put the beaten egg whites and stir a lot so that they don't lose their volume.

Optionally, add to the dough raisins, canned or fresh cherries, pitted, dried apricots, candied fruit.

Grease with some butter a baking pan and sprinkle with flour. Put in it the dough and flatten with a spatula.

You can make a "marble" flummery. To do this, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly and a thin stream pour in dough in a spiral. Do not stir. Chocolate must pour when the batter is in the baking dish.
