You will need
- For the first recipe:
- 100 ml of water;
- a Cup of Hercules flakes;
- one large onion;
- potatoes;
- a clove of garlic;
- salt;
- pepper;
- breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.
- For the second recipe:
- Cup of boiling water;
- bouillon cube;
- a Cup of Hercules flakes;
- one carrot;
- one bulb;
- vegetable oil;
- one egg;
- spices;
- greens;
- salt;
- flour.
- For the third recipe:
- 2 cups of water;
- 2 Cup of Hercules flakes;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 150 grams of cheese;
- breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.

In a bowl, pour 100 ml of boiling water and put into it one Cup of Hercules flakes. Leave to swell for 40 minutes. Peel one large onion and grate it on a coarse grater. Add the onions to the bowl with the cereal. Peel one medium potato from the peel, RUB on a fine grater and add to the onions and cereals. Then squeeze a clove of garlic. The resulting mixture grind using a blender or tolkushkoy for mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly and oat mass. Wet hands vilaite patties and roll them in the bowl with the breadcrumbs. Warm the pan and pour into it fifty grams of vegetable oil. Put cutlets and fry for five minutes on each side, until Golden brown. Cover skillet, reduce heat and cook burgers until cooked for two minutes.

The second method of cooking cutlets of Hercules is the following. Take the saucepan and pour into it one Cup of boiling water. Dissolve in water, one bouillon cube, then pour in the broth one Cup of Hercules flakes. Put the saucepan on the fire and cook for 4 minutes. Peel one carrot and one onion. Grate vegetables on a small grater. Glow the pan and pour into it three tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables until the onions acquire a Golden colour. Put the vegetables in a pan, add one egg, one teaspoon salt, your favorite spices and herbs. Carefully stir the mixture. Allow to cool slightly and wet hands vilaite burgers. Roll them in a bowl with flour and fry on very low heat for seven minutes on each side.

To make oat cutlets in the third method, boil a pot with two cups of water, stir into it two glasses of Hercules flakes. Hercules simmer for five minutes. At the time, until the porridge will cool down, peel two onions, two cloves of garlic and mince. Add the cooled porridge, two eggs, 150 grams of grated on a fine grater cheese, onion and garlic. All the ingredients mix. Form patties with wet hands and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry on low heat in vegetable oil for five minutes on each side.
