First, you need to prepare the dough for dumplings. Take a deep bowl where you will prepare the dough. Gently reheat the water, dilute it in salt and sugar, then pour it into a container. Water can be half diluted with milk or use whole milk with a low percentage of fat. Then add the egg and whisk everything thoroughly. Then gently, with continuous stirring, pour the flour. Now knead tight dough, cover it on top with a towel and leave on for thirty minutes. It is necessary for the swelling of gluten.
While your dough swells join in the preparation of the filling for dumplings. Rinse berries in cold water. Then put them in a colander and leave for fifteen to twenty minutes. During this time, drain the unnecessary water, and the berries will be ready for further use.
