You will need
    • For 4 servings:
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 red onions
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 2 red bitter chili pepper
    • 450 grams of beef
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 2 x 400 cans canned tomatoes
    • 400 g mixed beans Bank
    • 2 sweet peppers

Chili pepper clear from the seeds and finely chop.

Onions clean from the husk and cut into cubes.

Peel the garlic and crush it.

In a ceramic dish or pan with a thick bottom heat the olive oil. For 4-5 minutes fry the onion, Chile and garlic.

Until the vegetables are roasted, take the beef, wash it and cut into small pieces.

Remove roasted vegetables. Meat divide into two equal parts. Fry each side until brown, being careful to stir it constantly.

In the fried meat put back the onions, garlic and chilli. Add canned tomatoes and a tablespoon of flour. Thoroughly stirring, bring the dish to boil.

Cover and cook for one hour. While the dish cooked, take the peppers, wash them, clean from seeds and cut into small cubes.

After an hour, add in chili beans and peppers.

Cover, and cook over moderate heat for 1.5 hours. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, red onion and coriander.
