You will need
- For 4 servings:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 red bitter chili pepper
- 450 grams of beef
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 x 400 cans canned tomatoes
- 400 g mixed beans Bank
- 2 sweet peppers

Cover and cook for one hour. While the dish cooked, take the peppers, wash them, clean from seeds and cut into small cubes.

After an hour, add in chili beans and peppers.

Cover, and cook over moderate heat for 1.5 hours. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, red onion and coriander.
Useful advice
The dish does not dry out during cooking you can add more beef broth.
If you want to give the dish a smoked flavor, add chili few drops of Tabasco sauce.
