You will need
- fresh thawed fat - 400 g;
- garlic - 5-6 cloves;
- salt - 1 Cup;
- seasoning to taste;
- foil for baking.
Dissolve salt in two liters of water. Put the fat into the solution and leave for a day. You can take salty bacon, and then the stage you safely skip. Fat is better to take with layers of meat, to delicious it turned out.
